Art has the notorious ability to open our eyes. A simple image can help you see the world in a whole new light, and John Holcroft’s illustrations are no exception.
Basing his artistic style on 1950s-era advertisements, he created over 100 images with the purpose of opening viewer’s eyes to what they considered “normal” by showing life’s painful contradictions and facades.
